Apple Pie Breakfast Bowl


  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt (certified gluten-free if necessary)
  • 2/3 cup apple sauce, unsweetened (certified gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Handful of fresh spinach or kale (optional)


Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve with favorite toppings!
